  • BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field
  • Proven work experience as an Independent Sales Representative / Account Manager
  • Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
  • Ability in processing new sales leads
  • Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
  • Monitoring customer accounts
  • Providing data and reports to help the sales team
  • Keeping track of sales targets
  • Drivers licence 
  • Salesforce experience is a bonus

Requirements

  • An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders

  • Ability to qualify inbound leads and own full sales cycle from Lead to Close

  • Ability to generate new business leads and build a scalable pipeline of new business

  • Self-motivation, initiative, and high energy

  • Ability to understand customers’ needs and requirements and translate these into profitable solutions for both the customers and the company

  • Creative problem-solving skills

  • Strong time management skills

  • 1-3 years of team management experience

  • Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients

  • Monitoring customer accounts

  • Providing data and reports to help the sales team

  • Keeping track of sales targets

  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems

  • Provide data and guides to help the sales team

  • Develop and monitor performance indicators

  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information

  • Keep record of sales trends

  • Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies

  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board

  • Review pending orders and specific client requests to ensure excellent service

  • Suggest sales process improvements
